Lynn has been working at Firle C of E Primary School for 13 years and has also served on the Governing body as a parent governor. She works as the SEN Teaching Assistant and also as an Individual Needs Assistant, from YR through to Y6.

Encompassed within her role is supporting teachers with pastoral care.

She considers herself very privileged to work with such inspirational children in a beautiful setting.

I am the Willow Class teacher and the SENDCo (I oversee the provision for children with a special educational needs within the school).

I have worked at Firle for over 6 years and have enjoyed teaching in Willow Class as well as teaching in Holly. In addition to working in such a beautiful setting, it has been a joy to teach the inquisitive and enthusiastic children here.

Throughout my lengthy teaching career I have taught in Hackney and rural Sussex. These contrasting areas have both provided different challenges and rewards!
